SHOW SYNOPSIS
Pinch Hitter follows Kat a successful advertising executive, whose harmless lie to her parents about having a fiancé named Nick spirals out of control when her parents unexpectedly announce they’re coming to meet him. Desperate to keep the charade alive, she hires Harold, an escort, to play the role of her fiancé. With the reluctant help of her neighbor Nick, who keeps wandering into the middle of the deception, and her best friend Annie, Kat struggles to keep her family one step ahead of the truth. As “magic brownies,“ mistaken identities, and unexpected feelings collide, the question becomes who is the real Nick and who is Kat really fooling?
